Babitsyn Viktor Alekseevich (1926, Leningrad - 2000).

Painter. Studied at Moscow Secondary Art School named after N.V. Tomskiy (1939-45) and Art Studio (1945-52). Exhibited since 1942. Taught at Moscow Secondary Art School named after N.V. Tomskiy (1953-57). His artworks can be found in many museums and private collections.
