Gorokhov Ivan Lavrentyevich (1863, Beli village, Moscow Region – 1934, Mozhaysk).

Russian painter. Studied at Moscow School of Arts, Sculpture and Architecture (since 1874 – auditor, since 1880 - student) under I.M. Pryanishnikov, V.E. Makovskiy. Created several pictures dedicated to social life. After 1917 he stopped his creative activity. His artworks can be found in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Far East Art Museum (Khabarovsk), the Dnepropetrovsk State Art Museum.
