Kutateladze Apollon Karamanovich

Georgian painter. People’s artist of USSR (1970), member correspondent of Academy of Arts of USSR (1967). Graduated the Tbilisi Academy of Arts in 1926, later was a rector there from 1959-1972. Worked in Tbilisi (in Moscow in 1930es). Active participant of the exhibitions since 1922. The author of historic, genre paintings, landscapes and portraits.
