Poletaev Mikhail Anatolyevich

Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (2001). After graduating from the Kalinin Moscow Art and Industry College, Mikhail Poletaev studied until 1988 at the Stroganov Moscow Art and Industry University where Professor O. Filatchev was his teacher of mural decoration. From 1989 to 1992 Mikhail Poletaev worked at the Painting Studio of the Russian Academy of Arts under A. Tkachev and S. Tkachev. He joined the Artists’ Union in 1995 and participated in international, national and regional exhibitions. The artist’s works are in private collections in Russia, the Netherlands, Germany, USA, Japan, Australia, England, Austria, and France.
