Savitskiy Konstantin Apollonovich (1844, Taganrog - 1905, Penza).

Painter and graphic painter. Acting member of the Academy of Arts (since 1897). Studied at the Academy of Arts (1862, 1867-73). Took part in exhibitions of the Association of Itinerant Art Exhibitions since 1872, joined the association in 1878. His artworks can be found in the State Tretyakov Gallery and the State Russian Museum.
