Fradkin Moisey Zalmanovich

Soviet painter and graphic artist. Graduated from Kiev Institute of Art in 1929, where he studied under I. Padalka, V. Ermilov and M. Fyodorov. Joined the Kharkov Branch of the Ukrainian Academy of Arts in 1938. Started participating in regional and international exhibitions since 1938. His works can be found in the Lugansk Regional Art Museum.
