Khmelnitsky Aleksandr Anatolievich

Khmelnitsky Aleksandr Anatolievich (born in 1924, Kharkov).

Studied at Kharkov State Institute of Arts (1947-1953). Since 1951 – an exhibitioner of republician, the All-Soviet and foreign exhibitions. Since 1967 for his work, named “In the name of Life” he was awarded by Silver Medal of Arts Academy of the USSR. In 1968 he became a holder of Silver Medal after M.B. Grecov. In 1974 he took part in the creation of a diorama, named “Crossing Dnepr” in co-authorship with A. Konstantinopolsky, V. Mokrozhitsky, V. Parchevsky for the Museum of the Great Patriotic War in Kiev.
