Cassandre (1901-1968)

French painter, lithographer, poster maker and type designer. Real name - Adolphe-Jean-Marie Mouron. Author of numerous advertising posters, creator of new fonts. In 1963, Cassander created the logo for the Yves Saint Laurent fashion house.
