Meshcheryakov Viktor Panteleymonovich

Artist, teacher, member of the USSR Union of Artists (1960), participant of the Second World War. He graduated from the Kharkov State Art College (1951). Until July 1941, a student at the Sverdlovsk Art College. Since 1951 he lived in Chelyabinsk, worked in the partnership “Artist” (now the art and creative complex of the Art Fund of the Union of Artists of Russia). In 1977-79 teacher of the Chelyabinsk Art College. He was a participant in regional and city (1952), zonal (1, 2 and 6th), republican (Moscow; 1954, 1957, 1979) art exhibitions; exhibitions of works by Chelyabinsk artists in Voroshilovgrad (1982); Exhibition of works by artists - participants of the Great Patriotic War and rear workers, dedicated. 55th anniversary of the Victory (Chel., 2000). A personal exhibition was held in 1975. The artist's works are stored in the funds of the Chelyabinsk Museum of Art and the collection of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation (Moscow).
