Spitsyn Sergey Nikolaevich

Soviet and Russian graphic artist, painter, one of the prominent book and easel graphics of St. Petersburg. Member of the Leningrad Organization of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR (1955). Winner of the Gold Medal of the Academy of Arts (2003). He graduated from the School of Fine Arts (1948) and the All-Russian Academy of Arts (1954). Permanent participant of city, zonal and All-Union exhibitions, exhibitions of easel and book graphics (more than 200) and several group foreign exhibitions (Germany, Italy, Mexico, Australia, England, France, USA, Holland), including six personal ones.
