Sculptor. In 1997, Degtyarev's merits were awarded the title of Honored Artist of Russia. The sculptor's works are stored in the collections of the Hermitage, the Russian Museum, the Tretyakov Gallery, the State Museum of Urban Sculpture, the Museum of the History of St. Petersburg and other museums.
