Boronkin Pavel Nikolaevich (1916–1984).
Soviet painter, graphic artist, teacher. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.
Born in Petrograd. He studied at the Leningrad Secondary Art School (1934-1937), the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture of the All-Russian Academy of Arts in Leningrad (1937-1941) and the Leningrad Institute named after I. E. Repin VAH (1945-1948) under M. I. Avilov.
During the Great Patriotic War he was in the ranks of the Red Army, drew propaganda posters, illustrations for leaflets, etc. Author of numerous graphic and pictorial works. He taught at the Leningrad Art College (1948–1955).
He participated in the exhibition of works by Leningrad artists (1954), the Spring Exhibition of works by Leningrad artists (1954), the Traveling Exhibition of Leningrad Artists (Murmansk, 1957), the Art Exhibition "40 Years of the Soviet Armed Forces" (1958) and others.
