Goryachev Semen Petrovich

Painter, schedule. Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1983). Chairman of the Board of the Yaroslavl Union of Artists (1952-1954). Member of the Union of Artists of Russia (1937). The author of landscapes and works on the military theme (front sketches and engravings for the army newspaper For the Homeland, 1942-1945), illustrated children's books. Since 1936, the participant of art exhibitions: regional, regional, republican, all-Union and foreign (France, Finland, Poland) exhibitions. Solo exhibitions - Yaroslavl (1961, 1971, 1978, 1982, 1986, 1991, 1996, memorial - 2001, 2011). The works are in museum collections of Yaroslavl and the region, Ryazan, Cherkasy (Ukraine), Grozny (Chechen-Ingushetia), in many Russian and foreign private collections.
