Zelikov Viktor Petrovich

Painter. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. He studied at the art school of Samarkand (1943-1946), Tashkent art school (1946-1947), St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin (1947-1953). Diploma work in the CVC - "Students". The training took place at the Faculty of Painting, the qualification of an artist of painting was awarded. Since 1954 he has been a participant of regional exhibitions.
