Painter. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia (1975). Graduated from the Abramtsevo School of Industrial Art (1965). Since the early 1990s lives and works in Vladimir. In addition to painting, he was engaged in mosaics, ceramics, restoration of icons, artistic metal processing. A large personal exhibition was held in Vladimir in 2007. A certain influence on O.G. Izmailov as a painter and landscape painter was exerted by communication with artists M.K. Levin and V.Ya. Yukin.
