Pashinin Mikhail Grigoryevich (1921-1996).

Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Honored Artist of the RSFSR. The representative of the leading galaxy of artists Fedoskino craft. Author of a number of iconic scenes of lacquer miniatures, as well as magnificent portraits of prominent political and cultural figures, cosmonauts, heroes of the revolution of 1917, and others. The author of a number of iconic scenes of lacquer miniatures, such as "The Snow Maiden", "The Stone Flower", "Lel". The artist was one of the best portrait painters of the Fedoskino lacquer miniature industry. By order of the USSR government, he was entrusted with the execution of portraits of prominent political figures, ambassadors of foreign states, kings, science and art. Pencil sketches for some of the portraits are preserved in the family archive and are presented at the exhibition. Among them is a unique sketch for the family portrait of Queen Elizabeth II of England. The original work is kept in the family of the queen.
