Turetsky Boris Zakharovich (1928-1997)

Russian artist. In 1934 he took second place in the All-Union children's drawing competition “Saving the Chelyuskinites.” In 1946 he entered the Penza Art School named after. K. Savitsky. In 1947 he transferred to the Moscow Regional Art School to the theater department, studied in the class of M. Perutsky, M. Khazanov. From 1953 to 1959 he studied at the correspondence department of the Moscow Printing Institute. The author's works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the State Museum of Fine Arts named after A. S. Pushkin, the State Center for Contemporary Art and in other regional museums of the country.
