Formozov Valerian Mikhailovich

Painter. Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (2004). Member of the Association of Painters of the Moscow Union of Artists. Graduated from the Latvian Academy of Arts (1952), where he studied with Professor Tilberg. Creative business trips: to Pskov, Veliky Novgorod and Pereslavl-Zalessky. A significant part of the work was associated with the Academic Dacha. I.E. Repin (Tver region), where he lived since the late 1950s. Personal exhibitions: in Moscow (1990, 1991, 1992, 1996, 2003) and Vyshny Volochek (2005). The works are in the Tver Art Gallery, the Art Museum of Krasnodar, regional museums of the former USSR.
