Filatov Vladimir Viktorovich

Honored artist of the Russian Federation. In 1977 graduated from K.A. Savitzky Penza Art School. Participant of the regional, republican and international exhibitions since 1978. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1979. created a series of portraits of judge advocates of Russia, beginning from the middle of the 19th century. These pictures became the basis of the collection of the art gallery of the Russian Military Office of Public Prosecutor. The works of the artist are exhibited in the Penza Picture Gallery, in many regional museums.
