Zavialov German Nikolaevich

In 1966 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Arts named after V.I. Surikov. He lives in Tomsk, annually performs creative trips, sailed in boat alone along the coast of the Arctic Ocean. He is the author of northern landscapes, marines, scenes of north people’s life. His personal exhibitions were held in Moscow (1975), Tomsk (1977, 1987, 1997), Belgorod (1976). Works by the painter were exhibited at the exhibitions in Germany and Japan. G. Zavialov was repeatedly elected to the Board of the Tomsk Organization of the Artists’ Union, he was a member of exhibition committees of various zonal exhibitions, member of the commission on paintings of the Board of the RSFSR Artists’ Union. Works by G.N. Zavialov may be found in many regional museums, in domestic and foreign private collections. According to experts, these pictures have large commercial potential.
