Levitsky Roman Vasilievich

Levitsky Roman Vasilievich (1920 – 1991).

Theatrical artist. Member of the Union of Artists since 1950. Member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR since 1970 and the All-Russian Theater Society since 1977. Studied at the Krasnodar Art School and at the Republican Art School named after V.I. P. Benkov in the city of Tashkent (1950). Was elected chairman of the revision commission, member of the board of the Union of Artists and the Art Fund of Uzbekistan. He worked as the chief artist of the publishing house of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Uzbekistan "Young Guard" and the State Publishing House of the Council of Ministers of the Uzbek USSR. He took part in republican, all-union and personal exhibitions since 1951.
