Mensted Peder Mork

Mensted Peder Mork (1859, Denmark - 1941, Denmark).

During 1875-1876 studied at Copenhagen Academy of Arts under the supervision of A. Fritz, Yu. Eksner and N. Simonen. Later studied in a studio of Adolf-William Bugro in Paris. Through all his life he much traveled, several times visited Italy, Switzerland, France and the Middle East. Regularly exhibited in Sharlottenburg (Copenhagen) and salons of Paris and Munich. Mensted’s works can be found in the Alborg Art Museum (Denmark), Museum of Danish Art in Randers, Art Museum of Bautzen (Germany), and private collections.
