Mayofis Mikhail Solomonovich

Mayofis M.S. is known as a graphic artist and book illustrator. During 1957-1963 studied at Institute of Art, Sculpture and Architecture named after E.I. Repin. Participated in all-Soviet, all-Russia, regional and foreign art exhibitions since mid 1960-ies. The first book he designed was issued in 1962. Member of Leningrad Organization of the RSFSR Union of Artists. Nowadays, Mayofis M.S. lives in Los Angeles. The artist's works are represented in the State Russian Museum and in many regional museums.
